Appartment poorly equiped, old unfunctional furniture, the appartment buildings are in very bad condition ( not like on pictures at all!), horriboe smell from waste arround the terrase, mold in all the room od the appartment, weak wi-fi connection, noise from surrounding appartments, many mosquitos, cockroaches, poor dinning,

Best views ever friendly staff apartments are nice but require updates clean yes some staff is lazy had air condition water isssues never solved a and the beach was unsusable but of coarse they dont ever mention this that was the modt upsetting thing!!! Food is too expensivevfor what it is!!!

Seriously we didn't like a single thing about this place. DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is scary—unsanitary and Unsafe conditions. Everything is broken, really smelly, and dirty. This place should be closed, demolished, and built out from scratch again. It is a truly terrible place. One of the worst places we have ever been to. We didn't expect much, judging by the photos, yet still, we were shocked to see the condition once we arrived. If we could, we wouldn't stay a single night in here. This place should be closed, demolished, and built from scratch again. The hotel was built in 2009 but is so rundown it is hard to believe it wasn't built in the 50ties. It is unbelievably dirty. We were disgusted with it. It was repulsing to touch anything!

The mattress, the furniture, the walls, the amenities, the facilities, everything was completely rundown. The mattresses were seriously falling apart and had old bugs stuck to them. The shower floods the entire bathroom, and the water gets to the bedroom. There are no blinds/shutters/blackout curtains whatsoever for a good night's rest! Zero!!! And there are a lot of "street lamps" shining straight right into the bedrooms. The patio glass doors are broken and won't close completely, giving the mosquitoes the way in. In addition, there are nails in the frames, and when the locks are supposed to be to keep the door together. Also, the main doors wouldn't close. We felt really insecure having to spend a night there and then leaving our possessions in there. Our daughter refused to sleep alone in her room. Everything was chipped, ruined, moss-grown, or simply not working. The bathroom stunk of sewage, and thy odor got to the bedrooms. The outdated AC worked only for the first few hours and then stopped. Also, you don't know the set temperature. Finally, it was loud and uncontrollable - either on or off, with nothing in between. The reading lamps didn't work. The TV was super small, but it didn't matter, because it didn't work! Many outlets didn't work and had dangerously loose cables sticking out from the outlets. The pool was nasty, dirty, old, with loud music, and smelled of marihuana. The beach was tiny and wild, and the stairs to get to the beach were really scary and not meant for kids or older adults. The restaurant was awful. Not a single tasty dish on the menu. The location is terrible: steep stairs everywhere, not for kids, not for anyone with health issues; it's in the middle of nowhere - no restaurants, no grocery shops, no endless sandy beach to walk, just this tiny stretch of some brownish/yellowish sand.

The pools were closed, no communication with the lobby, no water and no ligh in many occasions

The view from the property is espectacular and frankly I think they rely on that knowing people will be so happy to see this piece of paradise on earth. The private beach is nice through there are so many beautiful public beaches in the area that that is not a reason to stay there. if you decide to come bring: eye masks in case you want to sleep in as window shutters may not work, dishwasher detergent, enough clothes so you don’t have to use their washer, food items, be prepared for lots of stairs and no handicap access.

nothing works properly anywhere and no one seems to be responsive nor helpful. our washer didn’t have water, our shutters didn’t work, the fridge leaked, one AC was warm. we called and they kept us waiting. when they finally came they didn’t know how to fix things told us they’d be right back and never returned.
