loved the hotel! The staff was friendly, breakfast was excellent. only downside is that it is not in tourist area. you have to walk several blocks to get anywhere you want to go (even tho it it in a safe area). I recommend it highly. The price is great.

"Stuff is friendly and courteous, food was ok"

The room we stay in had a broken AC that leaked water all over the bed. It was repair twice but the second time it sounded like a helicopter was landing in the room We were moved to another room that had roaches, the electric outlet was broken and the sheets were not clean.

Old house turned into a hotel. Very bad room, bed and no amenities. Not a good place to stay. Don't recommend it.

"The staff are super nice and outgoing."

I had a weeding to assist and it was going to be in 2 days. My suit with the flight got all wrinkle so my wifes dress. I ask kindly to Javier if they could take care of it. Because of the material they couldn't do anything at the hotel. But immediately Javier mention the dry cleaners I was concerned but he called and he assured that my clothing will be ready for the day of the weeding. Thanks to Javier we looked really sharp in our weeding day. Thanks Javier. Ps: the cleaning crew it's excellent my respects.
