"Good"

The hotel is one step above a motel. The room smelled of stale smoke despite all rooms being "non-smoking." The staff was courteous and friendly. There are no ice machines. The room had physical damage. The room did have a full sized refrigerator and mini-kitchen which was nice. The TV was very small, <30".

"Bait and switch"

Location

First, this hotel is an extended stay hotel and this is not provided on booking.com website. This means room is not restocked with fresh towels every day. Asked housekeeper for fresh towels and was left at the front desk for me to pickup. Not cleaned until you leave, if your stay is only a couple of days. After paying online for room one week before arrival. My card was charged again after giving the clerk my card for incidentals. Coffee maker was inoperable and the clerk wasn’t sure if I was entitled to one in my room. Just a low budget motel 6 type feeling and amenities. If I wanted to stay at motel 6 I would have purchased a room there. I do not recommend this establishment if you want yourself and your family to have a comfortable stay there.

I liked getting a room on the first floor close to the entrance. The staff member who checked me in was friendly and VERY efficient. Fastest check-in EVER!

Noisy neighbors, especially in the early morning. No breakfast items.
