Hotel Residence Playa Colibri

While this place loses a few points because of its confusing and limited parking, relatively spartan accommodation and (what I can only hope was) an isolated incident where I was awakened at 3:30am due to staff loudly working behind the building, the location, the staff's friendly / accommodating nature and the relatively low cost, ultimately means that this place can indeed be recommended.

An excellent option to visit Las Terrenas. It is well located, right in front of the beach.

The staff was fantastic. Helped us with everything. If we needed something they found it. The room was clean and simple, but had everything we needed to cook and eat in the room if we chose to. Beautiful beach, beautiful people. Really great.

Small apartment with AC, WIFI, and a great breakfast included.

I found this place very cozy, confortable, and inexpensive. It’s very family oriented. The staff was very friendly and professional. The food was delicious. The room was nice and clean, however it can benefit from some upgrading. I but I will definitely visit again. I recommend visiting the beautiful town of Las Terrenas where you find cozy restaurants, stores and much more.

Excellent place... Only thing no like too many tolls to get there

the property has an "old school" charm, but could use some updating. the ssrvice was very good at the hotel. although the views from the beach hotel are breathtaking, the service was slow and the food was overcooked.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were treated very well. The apartment was clean and well equipped and the staff were all very accommodating. The location is excellent as well. We will definitely return.
