Rooms are very clean

I felt safe traveling to and checking into the hotel, it is in a quiet area and very easy to get to from the airport. The people who checked my in on both my visits were very kind.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The little store stocked with beer and snacks was very convenient. The included breakfast was a little more robust than your typical continental breakfast.

The room keys were constantly needing to be reset. I had to carry multiple keys at all times, never knowing which one would stop working. I understand they have to be kept away from cell phones and magnets, but I’ve never had this experience… I was asked if I wanted housekeeping daily, every other day, or upon request. I said every other day when I checked in. After 4 days of no housekeeping I asked to have them come. They did not. Took two more requests to have them finally do it. During my 9 night stay, they serviced the room once. I tried to upgrade my WiFi but was unable to after multiple attempts. The included WiFi with Marriot Bonvoy membership was abysmally slow. The room was depressing with the beds facing a wall and bathroom door. The TV was small and off to the side of the beds, halfway in a hallway to the room with the couch, which faces a wall. The bedroom was gray and drab. No art or anything to make it feel welcoming. Laundry was coin operated only which required a trip to an ATM down the road and exchange at the front desk for a roll of quarters. Pretty outdated, but this is a minor quibble. Just a pain. A credit card system, app, or on site coin machine would have been better. The rooms were averagely clean. The carpet was sticky by one of the beds. Most things had a slightly run down look to them. Worn corners on furniture, etc. One of the toilet paper roll holders was half pulled out of the wall. The quality of hardware and decor was average.

Nice hotel for a weekend get away. Beds comfy and our suite was spacious. Would go back.

Always happy about breakfast being provided Our room was clean , but outside of the hotel was dirty and trash was overflowing!

I wish the pool was a little bigger but it was still a great hotel. My kids loved it!

The staff is not friendly, also pool didn’t work during our stay.
