Toute l équipe était parfaite. Tout s’est bien déroulé: un check-in sur la base et au bateau très rapide, un programme clair, des lieux de ballade en bateau bien choisi, des repas très savoureux, une suite avec terrasse top et que j’ai eu du mal à quitter, et un niveau de service excellent.

"Séjour du 3/3/26 midi au 04/03/26 a vraiment été un merveilleux moment avec un service et une animation"

Le service et les repas étaient parfait, super chef cuisinier autant dans les repas que pour l’animation Le bateau est à taille humaine, nous étions environ une trentaine L’excursion du matin sur l’île Titov permet une superbe vue sur la baie et les bateaux

Le bémol est le tour en kayak et la plage (les excursions du premier jour), l’emplacement est moyen.

Très bonne organisation, sérieuse et professionnelle. Le programme des activités est respecté, le service est très bon, la nourriture de haut niveau, l’accueil est chaleureux. On avait une galère de transport par bus après la croisière, qui n’avait rien à voir avec Bhaya, et ils nous ont aidé, appelé la compagnie de bus et sont restés avec nous jusqu’à ce que le bus arrive. Merci notamment à Simon Taintey pour sa gentillesse et son accompagnement.

Bhaya Halong Cruise on the Au Co 1 was excellent. The accommodations (Suite 218) were great and they had the perfect amount of activities to really feel like you had a good experience of Ha Long Bay in an overnight cruise. Joy our Cruise Manager and all her staff were fantastic. We would definitely book Bhaya again!
