Battlefield Inn Springfield

The staff is so kind and patient and accommodating. Ms. Rita and ms Jhidya are to splendid hard working woman. When I had difficulties getting up to my room as it was upstairs they assisted me. I didnt rate the cleanliness of the room 100 percent because I found out they were short staffed and they gave a guy a homeless guy a chance to work and earn his stay a chance and well to say the least. I dont think he put any effort into it at all....but I met the guy and he apologized and they accommodated me to the normal standard they uphold with no problems even tho they were not working when was able to actually get settled and fully see the room after handling my work business. Its not everyday you get that type of service from 2 professional very atractive woman✅️ . Anyway- Im glad I chose battlefield inn for my for my trip. instead of a mainstream overpriced accommodation #Vote for pedro🫰 -napoleon dynamite reference

leaving so soon 😅 and not having more time to experience the Ozarks and surrounding areas like Branson and Kansas city. I didnt take any pictures I didnt think about it but the girl at the front desk did go above and beyond and made shiskabobs to take to my business meeting and I did take a picture of that

Nothing first front desk had bad attitude, maybe due to homelessness population in the area… went to store came to check in Lady was polite. She stellar service… dead bed bugs on top of sheets… old cracked up furniture… A/C window unit sun light seeking through cracks of door, and window unit… door locked as if it’s been kicked in by law enforcement… base boards of dirty and dusty… seems more $30 day in day out hotel for prostitution area… shower area, walls and vanity area needs upgrade…

Nothing, the place was crawling with drug addicts and people running up to your car asking for rides

The bathroom was failing apart the beds were lumpy and the springs were felt when you laid on the bed.

Nothing!

Room was filthy. They only had one cleaning lady. I paid for six nights and gave them $200.00 cash towards the cost, due to the horrible conditions, we left one day earlier and was not offered a refund for the last night. The only reason we stayed as long as we did was because I knew they wouldn't give me a refund and I wasn't going to waste any more money on this trip.
