Guests are required to show the credit card used for the booking upon check-in. In case the card is not theirs, the guest will be required to pay upon arrival, and the money charged from the card used to make the booking will be refunded. Guests who would like to receive a VAT invoice should contact the hotel staff immediately after booking. Appropriate information with full company data and NIP number can be entered in the box on special requests in the booking form or passed directly to the staff. Please note that the lack of information will make it impossible to issue an invoice later. Please note that all guests with children need to provide a valid ID for the children at check-in. The facility has free parking behind and next to the facility. Parking in front of the entrance to the facility is only for unloading luggage, and free parking covers a maximum of 15 minutes.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with. A deposit may be required at the property.
