Sehr schöne Suite , tolle Poolanlage mit Park

Die Musik war schon zum Frühstück sehr laut , auch im Strandrestaurant so laut das man dich während des Essens nicht unterhalten konnte, es waren viel zu wenig Sonnenschirme an den Liegen Das essen abends war nicht besonders gut Am Buffet stand meistens keine Bedienung Hinter den Töpfen , so das man die angebotenen Speisen gar nicht nehmen konnte

"Super schöne Erfahrung, kommen gerne wieder"

Sehr aufgestelltes Peraonal, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es hat einen guten ‘wipe’. Die Hotelanlage ist schön, übersichtlich und sehr gut in der Palmenumgebung eingebettet. Herlich!

Für ein 5 Stern Hotel ist der Service zum Teil nicht professionell genug aber mit Ihrer Art und Weise kann das Personal das wieder wett machen. Es ist toll, dass ausschliesslich Dominikaner arbeiten.
