Anna at the reception desk was most helpful and provided very useful information on going places in the city and its environs. She also helped us solve a practical problem critical to the use of our electronic devices. Merci beaucoup to Anna.

The choice of food for breakfast could be widened and more hot food in the winter season would be most appreciated.

La colazione l'abbiamo trovata ottima, sia il salato che il dolce. Molto apprezzato il servizio dell'acqua a disposizione per i clienti dell'hotel. Il letto abbastanza comodo.

Non avere il ristorante nell'hotel .

Le petit déjeuner était top et le personnel très sympa et professionnel.

On a eu quelques soucis avec le chauffage dans la suite, la température ne montait pas au dessus de 19 degrés. Le personnel a bien essayé de régler celà, mais le souci a persisté. On a fini par s'en accommoder.
