Location is perfect for walks. Close to train stations and Don quijote. And everything else. Breakfast is great- thanks to the kitchen staff.

1. Staff- only raising for one staff at the reception. He was bald and Japanese. Upon our arrival, he was bad tempered. I traveled with my brother and Aunt. My aunt is Japanese and she was trying to ask questions but this guy had the nerve to point his hand up gesturing as he didn’t want to be interrupted. I booked 2 rooms for same floor, he waS saying that we will be separated and of course, we want to be on the same floor. To make the story short, he didn’t seem accommodating and approachable. Even if we were trying to speak in Japanese. The rest of the staff are great. Especially the kitchen staff who were always smiling and even had to say sorry for what this guy did to us. We thought he was the owner. 2. Room space- pictures doesn’t justify the price- I really thought the room was going to be for a double room supposedly will fit 2 ppl. But no- it was even more smaller even for one person. Not enough hooks to hang your clothes- the sink beside your bed isn’t a bad idea but it is a bad idea because the water splashing. Cmon! So small.

L ambiance est top, l’happy hour permet de donner de la vie à l hôtel, le petit dej/brunch dispo jusqu’à 14h!

Ne pas pouvoir s’ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer… mais c’est malheureusement fréquent au Japon

洗衣機跟烘衣機非常方便 位置離超商、賣場都很近 員工都非常親切 還有免費一小時的啤酒歡暢

超棒的早餐套餐，頂樓還有提供舒適方便的團體聚餐與個人工作區。地點超棒，附近有多間超商與AEON超市，到國際通也方便，最重要的是靠近單軌列車，拖行李機場來回很方便。 走路到波上宮與波之上海灘（Naminoue Beach）也很方便。

お部屋もキレイだし、1階受付のメキシカン料理のお店も美味しくて駐車場も手配してくれたりとても親切でした。
