The Staff was wonderful,they were very friendly! The Suite was ok, the living room was very plain Jane ,nothing comfy about it! The bathroom was nice , but the water never got hot,it was barely luke warm. The ice machines were very dirty and leaked.

Location to casinos is great. Check in was easy and staff is always friendly! We did have small issue with ac, but nothing kept us from sleeping.

The hotel was kept very clean and the staff were all very nice, however, our room didn’t have hot water. The elevator was also broken on the third floor which made it to where you either had to wait for someone to send the elevator up or take the 3 floors of stairs down. The room was also in need of some repairs and updates.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Place was clean. Though the room had some problems. Floor was saturated due to A/C. Staff upgraded my room which was great. Only other problem is having to call the front desk to get the elevator to the 3rd floor due to the up/down buttons being missing.

It was a nice stay. The only thing was that the elevator issue. Going up ok but coming down we had to call the desk to send it to our floor.
