Miss Dawn, Mr. Sim, Miss Amber, Mr. Quinton, Miss Natalie, and Miss Margarita are all outstanding professionals who consistently go above and beyond to provide top-tier service. Having traveled extensively around the world as a consultant, I’ve stayed in countless hotels across various countries. I can confidently say that this team ranks among the very best. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail reflect a world-class standard of hospitality. I would like to give special recognition to Miss Dawn, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of excellent. Her dedication and care truly stood out.
