Чисто уютно и высокое качество обслуживания администратора!!!!

Обслуживание в ресторане оставило неприятное впечатление . Бармен был неприветливым и не проявлял заинтересованности в обслу-живании Заказ пришлось ждать слишком долго, несмотря на отсутствие большой загруженности. Качество обслуживания оказалось ниже ожидаемого: приходилось неоднократно напоминать о заказе,а отношение барменов было безразличным. Надеюсь, руководство обратит внимание на уровень сервиса и примет меры

The place of the hotel is very convenient to get to the airport and to the bus station

Fantastyczne miejsce na pobyt w Warszawie. Pokój bardzo komfortowy, czysty, zaopatrzony w niezbędne akcesoria i kosmetyki. Wielki plus za ekologiczne rozwiązania. Obsługa hotelu bardzo miła i profesjonalna. Dodatkowym atutem jest możliwość transferu na lotnisko oraz możliwość pozostawienia samochodu za dodatkową opłatą na czas wylotu z kraju. Банный халат в номере был, но тапочек не было, минибар пуст.
