Słabo wyposażona siłownia w piwnicy - brak jakichkolwiek hantli, sztang. Śniadanie podane w miejscu wyglądający jak stołówka w szkole podstawowej z lat 90. Żelazko w pokoju uszkodzone. Budynek wymaga odnowienia. Dramatycznie wąski wjazd do hali garażowej, liczne ślady otarć aut, które próbowały wjechać do garażu.
