"Good value depending on which room you stay."

Beachfront and good value for location. 2nd time there and the first time on the 5th floor was great and room was good too. The second time I stayed on the 4th floor and room wasn’t that good. Still good place.

Parking near property is too small and you have to park one steer down. The room I stayed needed some basic repairs like caulking by window, wallpaper peeling, patch all over the ceiling, stained curtains and wet smell.

The location was good, on the boardwalk and oceanfront.

The room was very small, and the bathroom was VERY small. I’m 5’ not a big person and the shower was tight. My husband is 6’5 and had to squeeze to fit. To their benefit, the building is very nostalgic, and is one of OC’s oldest and beautiful hotels. The hallways are not as wide as a hotel build today. There are NO microwaves in the rooms because of wiring issues (older hotel).
