"Exactly What I was Looking For"

Nice hotel, room was quiet, bed was comfortable, easy to go to my conference at UNC. Convenient to walk to Fresh Market and Walgreens. Will definitely stay there again!

"Poor not the Marriott quality I’m used too."

Difficult experience! Had to use the garage for parking which was limited to 2 spots. The arm letting you into the garage came down on my 2025 Buick Enclave causing a dent on the roof of the car. It was reported, but no manager was on site for the weekend and although they had my information no one contacted me and it has been a week since my stay. No towels replaced or trash emptied for the 2 days we spent there. I have a grandchild in medical school here , so when I return this will not be the Marriott We stay at!!!

THE BED WAS CONFORTABLE

I HAD TWO RESERVATIONS - ONE THRU BOOKING.COM AND ONE THROUGH MY MEMBERSHIP WITH MARRIOTT BONVOY. ITHOUGHT THAT THE HOTEL CANCELLING THE BOOKING.COM ROOM WOULD ALSO MEAN I RECEIVED A REFUND FOR THE ROOM. I ASKED IF I NEEDED TO CONTACT YOU AND THEY SAID NO - THAT YOU WOULD RECEIVE THE CANCELLATION AND REFUND THE COST. PLEASE ADVISE

good service, clean facility

I am handicapped and received, as requested, a handicapped shower. Whoever designed the shower has no clue. I had to get up off the shower stool (not easy for me) and walk several steps to access the soap and shampoo. If the bottles could be removed and moved to the stool, that would be fine. They were not removable. So walking 4 steps and back, multiple times, was a safety risk for me.
