Washer and dryer was a plus

Pool closed, no shampoo it was hand wash. Scratch and cuts all over the bathroom vanity.

My overall stay was good, but I had requested a King size bed and was given queen size which was not toy comfort because I'm a big/tall man. Door to room was hard to open and close like it needs to be aligned. Chair wasn't thoroughly wiped clean.

Canceled my stay on the day of. Seriously? Just like that. Don’t book, these people are _______! I need to use 200 characters to describe the lack of character of the management here. These people are awful, stay away. Absolute group of idiots, or perhaps just lead by an idiot. That’s mean, they might be smart but just spineless.

The property seems to get a lot of use based on wear and tear of the room we stayed in, but the staff was outstanding! Everyone we met was very friendly!
