I really liked the friendly staff, the beautiful atmosphere, and the peaceful, relaxing vibe.

However, we were very disappointed with the taxi service arranged by the hotel. We were told that the taxi would also pick us up for the return trip, but it never showed up and we couldn’t reach it. As a result, my friend and I had to walk back to the hotel for two hours around midnight, since no other taxi was available. Despite several calls to the hotel, nobody took proper care of the situation, which left us feeling unsafe and neglected

Minden jó volt, a személyzet nagyon segítőkész és udvarias volt, az ételek fantasztikusak voltak, a 2. nap már magyar nyelvű étlapot készítettek, nagyon szép ápolt kert veszi körül a hotelt és a medencét. Mi meg voltunk elégedve.

A szoba lehetne nagyobb, ha megyünk legközelebb akkor biztos lakosztályt választunk.

Podczas pobytu w hotelu spotkało mnie spore rozczarowanie związane z dodatkowymi opłatami. Śniadanie, które powinno być w pełni wliczone w cenę, okazało się ograniczone – za jajecznicę czy omleta trzeba było dopłacić, co w hotelu tej klasy jest naprawdę zaskakujące i nieco nie na miejscu. Dodatkowo, mimo że hotel reklamował się basenem dla gości, korzystanie z leżaków przy basenie również wymagało dodatkowej opłaty. Takie praktyki sprawiają wrażenie sztucznego „naciągania” i pozostawiają negatywne wrażenie, psując ogólny obraz pobytu.

Es war schade, dass man beim Frühstück für gewisse Dinge extra bezahlen musste.
