Pani na recepcji miła

pokój słabo wysprzątany , grzyb we łazience na suficie i ścianach , odpływ prysznica przytkany i woda slabo spływa , koty sie walają na podłodze i w łazience , nie da się sterować klimatyzacja w pokoju bo uszkodzona I pokrętło wyrwane , do przykrycia jakiś stary koc ogólnie stare wyposażenie , nie wysprzątane , nie mam pojęcia kto temu dał 4* bo zasługuje max na 2 I to byłem w lepszych 2* hotelach a cena 120 eur za ten standard to jakieś nieporozumienie
