الاوتيل منيح بس المعامله سيئه والطاقم على الاستقبال سيئين واستغلاليه الثلاجه اللي داخل الغرفه بكون فيها اغراض متل كولا عصير وشوكلاطه طبعا هدول مش ببلاش العصير حبه الشوكلاته ب20 قرش حقها ليرتين ونص اللي حقو برا الاوتيل 20 قرش عندهم بالاوتيل ب3 ليرات والكافي اللي بحد الاوتيل وتابع للاوتيل كمان اسعارو فلكيه وخياليه وسعر الغرف بالاوتيل كمان كتير غاليه صراحه حرام بالليله اكتر من 20 دينار وبستاهلوهاش كمان

I have stayed at Al Qasr many times. It is my preferred accommodation in Amman.

The beds are not as soft as I would otherwise prefer.

The rooms are spacious

We were quite disappointed with the overall quality of our recent stay. The breakfast was underwhelming compared to previous visits—it used to be significantly better in terms of variety and quality. The coffee was not good and when I asked for hot cappuccino, I got a latte that is not so hot and they blamed the machine. Similarly, the room cleanliness left much to be desired. Upon check-in, it was apparent that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned, which was surprising given the higher standards we've experienced here in the past. Additionally, staying on the 6th floor proved to be quite disruptive. Every morning between 6:30 and 7:00 AM, we were woken up by loud noises from the restaurant on the 7th floor, including the dragging of tables and chairs. This recurring disturbance affected our rest and overall comfort. We hope these issues will be addressed, as they do not reflect the quality we’ve come to expect from your property.
