Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam.

Enkelrummet var lite klaustrofobiskt, och sängen var lite hård.

Ett kanonläge i centrala staden och bra hotellrum med estetik och fräschör. Ingen lyxsvit utan snyggt rum med nice badrum klinkergolv badrum och duschyta och intrycket av allt är seriöst. Det handlar inte om lyx eller glamour. 2Home står för kvalitet seriositet och en varm atmosfär och estetik som passar enkla som välbeställda individer.

Short: You get what you pay for Long: On the 4th (out of 5) day of our stay I've got an email in which the manager told us that we have broken the mirror and we should pay like 100 € (1/4 of the hole booking price). We got to the hotel and we asked the manager about it and we went to the room to check together, after checking the mirror that was indeed chipped. On the way to the room and in the room we had a discussion about it and she said that the cleaning lady that cleaned out room is from some country and she doesn't speak English only Swedish and in the short time that she was with us didn't say a word, in the day that "we broke the mirror" there was another cleaning lady. My perspective was this: I showed her around the room (the first 4 pictures + there was more) and I have asked if you look around the room do you think at how it looks that I would ever bother to picture all of them before? (we saw the state of the room and we thought that it's fine especially that this was the cheapest hotel in town). And after that I said to her if we broke the window (5 imagine) there should be scraps on the floor right? And I moved my hand all over the carpet in that region and what a surprise there were no scraps, her response was that the cleaning lady should have cleaned that (the mirror was over the trashcan and a chair), I said ok and turned to the middle of the room and started picking up trash from the floor and asked her, how come that in that spot under the trashcan she cleaned perfectly but in the middle of the room she didn't? To conclude: I clearly said we were not going to pay and she said she would talk with her manager but until now we didn't hear back from them so it seems that everything is good. This was my experience and I just wanted to put it here maybe it will help someone. My advice: ALWAYS when you get to a hotel make pictures or videos of what do you see it's broken
