Mattisgården Bed & Breakfast

To be honest. Not much. Only the location on the map… close to the road.

A lot! The rooms were old. But that didn’t bother us. It was very grose. There was mold in the pans where we had to cook our dinner in. Disgusting! The kitchen was over all very dirty. Even some garbage under the sink. The same for the bathroom. We found a lot of dust and hair that wasn’t ours. Besides that we didn’t felt very welcome. We didn’t bring our own breakfast. And in stead of offering us the breakfast that we had seen was possible. He only said we could buy some in one of the stores close by. As if he didn’t want to make us some. He even didn’t show us around or tell us more about the property. It was like; here is your room and goodbye. We were very disappointed because this was supposed to be our last but most special night in Sweden. Nothing was like we had seen on the pictures. For example the hottub that was described. We had to order that a week before and had cost us a fortune (€150) when we asked for it. It didn’t look like it was used for a long time. Why offer it on the website? Please update the information on the website…

Nice country location close to the highway.

Room was dirty. Please clean at least the fridge and the bathroom.

Fint værelse med dobbeltseng. Vi var der kun for at sove så vi kan ikke vurdere resten af faciliteterne. Men det største minus var hanen der galede om kap med morgenlyset 😔 Morgenmaden skulle betales udover opholdet, hvilket vi ikke syntes var det der stod da vi bookede opholdet. Så det fravalgte vi. Men et fint sted, hvor de virker meget gæstfrie 🙏

Frukost ingår inte i priset utan behöver beställas och betalas extra. Detta behöver framgå tydligt i informationen om boendet, särskilt när boendet räknas som Bed & BREAKFAST. För övrigt ett enkelt boende, med sköna sängar i en lugn och lantlig miljö.

Mysigt ställe med mkt djur som finns lite överallt på gården. Säkert roligt för barnfamiljer. Bra städade rum men inte öppet i stora rummet för frukosten. Bilderna på utemiljön vid bord och spa bad stämmer inte där var det får och höns som spatserade.

Nice authentic Swedish farm-like experience with low ceilings and some animals. The location was also great for us, near the national park to the south and the adventure park to the north. We spent two wonderful days in the countryside, before returning via Helsingborg, just 25 minutes away.

I am aware that it is not a hotel and there is no cleaning staff, and it is a B&B farm stay. But some things were a bit too dirty to be comfortable. We had to clean all the things we needed in the kitchen, before use, as the people before us had probably not bothered to.

Very convenient for our job, lots of parking and the owner who met us was very friendly and no complaints about the booking process

I appreciate that we were on a farm but the place wasn't very clean and the beds not very comfortable. There was a shared bathroom which was no problem, we were made aware during the booking process however it was being renovated with bare plasterboard walls and poorly possibly unsafe electrical works and was not very clean. We travel a lot for work and this is a property I would not rebook in the future. Definitely not good value for money.

Helt greit rom. Badet var under oppussing, så blir vel bra når ferdig. Imøtekommende vert, alt OK mht innsjekking. Eneste dårlige var en hane som gol fra 03.30 til 04.00 og en del fra 06.00 og i 10 min. Så som så med god søvn pga dette. Så skulle vel vært beskrevet at er aktiv gård med mye dyrelyder, så folk kan velge basert på info. Ellers bra
