El personal es super amable y dispuesto. Nos ayudo e informó con un trato excepcional. La habitación es amplia, limpia, comoda, vistas increibles...perfecta! La ubicación para moverse por el valle del Baztan es inmejorable.

El baño está separado de la habitacion por una pared de cristal (parcialmente opaco) que resta un poco de intimidad.

Grote kamer Geen standaard-hotelgevoel, mooie kleuren, leuke badkamer, groot bed,...

In de advertentie staat: zicht op bergen en zo, maar dit was niet het geval. Gelegen langs drukke weg, alhoewel we dit echt niet hoorden in de kamer. Nogal chaotisch onthaal gekregen, maar wel vriendelijk. Misschien doordat we wat aan de late kant aankwamen (20 30)
