Hotel Ibaiondo

It was very common, the staff was very helpful and friendly. I have very good thoughts of this place and would recommend it to anyone.

I thought it was on the route to the Camino and it wasn’t the only thing I didn’t like is that I had to walk on the highway in order to access the Camino Santiago pathway

The room was great, bed comfortable and the staff very friendly. Modern bathroom although a little odd as it had a glass wall between it the bedroom.

The closed in veranda off the bedroom unfortunately is a smoking area for the room. When we wanted to open the doors to the veranda to get some air into the room it STUNK of stale cigarette smoke. We had to close off the room from the veranda and as the air conditioner was working the room was very hot and stuffy.(This room should not be offered to non smokers!)

The hosts were fantastic! So helpful, so kind and generous-service was beyond!

The customer service was beyond compare with the most attentive, kind people. They met us in the parking lot and helped carry our bags in and then prepared a wonderful meal for us. The hotel is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. We loved everything about it.

The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was super comfortable with a great shower! It was perfect for my mom and I with the rental car. Great breakfast is offered and you are near so many great options for day trips.

Room was huge and very comfortable with direct access to the beautiful garden. Food also available (breakfast, dinner). Staff were lovely - helpful and friendly. Easy access to Pamplona.

Not a complaint, but a small fridge would have been nice.

What a plan surprise after getting off the Camino. We had to take a taxi, in the morning. They drove us back to the trailhead. We were able to eat in the restaurant, which was wonderful. There wasn’t much around. The host were incredibly kind and hospitable.
