Petronilla - Hotel In Bergamo

Que dire ? Tout était à notre goût ! De la qualité de l’accueil, chaleureux et professionnel, au service de voiturier, à la taille, la conception et la décoration de la chambre et de la salle de bain jusqu’à l’emplacement de l’hôtel, tout était réuni pour un excellent séjour. Bref, nous avons décidé de revenir prochainement dans cet établissement pour le plaisir et ainsi poursuivre notre découverte de cette ville.

Super nice and friendly staff, it really makes a difference. The breakfast was yummy. The vibes were cozy and peaceful but also the location was perfect

Hot water issue and it’s a little far from the old town. The room needed an extra duvet for the spring months.

Nicely designed room and spacious bathroom with a fantastic shower. Very comfortable, also to work.

Все продумано в отеле до мелочей, все качественно, косметика culti, очень чисто, подушки удобные, персонал максимально клиенториетированный, разрешили задержаться дольше 12, завтраки не попробовали - проспали! Машину предложили припарковать прям у отеля.

Во дворе шумит оборудование, наверное, кондиционирование, с открытыми окнами некомфортно спать будет. Но с закрытыми отлично, ничего не слышно.
