We love cottage style homes and this had old world charm and a beautiful garden. The room (we had #3) was decorated nicely as per the photos and overlooked the superb front garden. It is always a gamble staying somewhere new but once we arrived we were immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. It was only a short walk (5-10mins) to the many great cafes and restaurants on the main street which saved us having to drive and enabled us to sample some local wines. Parking was easy at the front of the property and there is a very nice entry to the rooms from the rear. Sensor lights come on from the carpark next to the house when returning at night. It was our first visit to Margaret River and we hope to come back and would definitely stay at Rosewood again. We didn't get to meet the owners, the check in is simple and easy to follow instructions are sent. Thanks for a great stay.

Absolutely a wonderful property. The rooms are homely and tastefully decorated Beautiful proerty

The property was very clean and charming. The gardens were very well kept. The bed and room were comfortable. A good location. 10mins walk to town and right next door to a great pub. The owner was very easy to deal with.

The room was quite small. The light was on in the foyer and shone into the room during the night. A sleep mask blocked this out.

We loved the home old charm feel of the property It was cosy and had all amenities

We could hear the people above moving around and also going up and down the stairs.
