The whole experience was very good, excellent hosts, the venue is really welcoming and you can picture yourself on a cold winters night in a great place with great customers. The food was delicious and bedroom was a good size and really comfortable bed.

"A delightful off the beaten track village pub"

Our room was clean, spacious, comfy and stylish. The staff were chatty and friendly. The roast was excellent (My Yorkshire pudding was a little overcooked but it was taken away and replaced with no fuss). Delicious sticky toffee pudding. Breakfast was very nice and filling. Plenty of cereal and toast, juice, tea, coffee and a full English.

Not and issue for us but there was a open mic night while we were there Well managed by staff and finished at a reasonable hour Might not suit everyone
