The breakfast was excellent and the hotel was very clean..the young ladies who worked in the kitchen were amazing.

Bathroom shower door broken stopper in sink broken and front staff was kinda weird.

Very friendly staff. Good location. The food is good as weel, i felt like at home

Me parece una GRAN alternativa para Pereira el Hotel Pinares Plaza, excelente ubicación cerca a muy buenos restaurantes, en el mejor barrio de la ciudad.

Staff was really helpful and attentive. I am not fluent in Spanish and it all worked out. Location was within walking distance to restaurants. Food was good at breakfast and room service. Room was clean. Nice view from my window. Lobby upstairs has a nice sitting area where you can sit and catch the breeze. Shower had hot water. Bed was reasonably comfortable for a tall person. Room had an operating safe. There is a small park next to location.

The location can be a little noisy at times due to the way the building is constructed (Tile floors, open hallway to street). The location is also next to a major boulevard so you can hear traffic and big city noise at times. The location is also close to other buildings. However, these are not deal breakers as you are in a dense area of the city with lots of high rises so it is what it is. You can get rest as the noise clams down at night. The breakfast was good but the selection was a little limited. Other hotels had more of a buffet where this hotel had a few items prepared plus beverages (food was good, just limited selection).
