I really am struggling to think of any negatives about my stay so I guess that speaks volumes. The staff can’t do enough for you (without being too overbearing), rooms are of a good quality and the range + standard of food on offer is some of the best I’ve experienced.

Greeting from staffs with big smiles. Wonderful location with decent restaurants and brew garden nearby in walking distance. Feeling peach and secure while walking from hotel to nearby restaurants. Fantastic breakfast buffet with good variety tasty foods.

Room size is fine, just does not seems to be matching up with its price. Bed is comfortable, but unable to get suitable pillow even with pillow menu (either too soft or too hard)... Water for toilet flushing seems recycled (quite yellowish), luckily with no unpleasant smells.

Good hotel in Electronics City. Dining obsessions are fantastic and all the food is of very high quality. Grounds are spacious and very nice. Staff are very polite and helpful. Room was spacious with good amenities.

The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options that made for a great start to the day. We also enjoyed our lunch at Ahara, which lived up to the high standards we remembered from our previous visit.

The overall experience at THE OTTERA was incredibly disappointing and far below the standards expected of a 5-star hotel. Upon arrival, we encountered a series of issues that marred our stay. The room, though spacious, had several glaring problems: the bathroom door was broken, the mirrors were in poor condition, and there was a persistent foul smell from the toilet. These are basic maintenance issues that should not be present in any hotel, let alone one that claims to be 5-star. Our in-room dining experience was equally frustrating. We ordered a simple meal, but what we received was incorrect and poorly presented. The chicken soup was served in a kettle with a narrow nozzle, which filtered out all the substantial ingredients like chicken and vegetables, leaving us to awkwardly fish out the pieces with a fork. The yogurt, which we specifically requested to be plain Greek yogurt, was first brought as flavored goat milk yogurt and then replaced with what turned out to be plain curd—completely missing the mark. The entire process took around 40-50 minutes, a waste of time when we were already exhausted and hungry. What was most disappointing, however, was the lack of empathy and professionalism from the staff. Despite our clear discomfort and dissatisfaction, the staff showed little concern. They were indifferent to the fact that we would be going to bed hungry and made no effort to offer suitable alternatives. The check-in and check-out processes were similarly inefficient, with minimal staff available and a general lack of engagement. Most of the staff we interacted with appeared robotic and unwelcoming, with only two out of ten showing any warmth or friendliness.
