Manhattan Hotel

The breakfast was nice, the check-in process was seamless.

The hotel should include the times of the shuttle to and from the mall on booking.com, I was a lil disappointed that the only time the shuttle leaves for the mall is at 2pm. I struggled with my shuttle at 17:00 to my graduation venue, the driver only came at 17:20 meaning I was late for my graduation and he was quite nonchalant about it. The showers curtain is unhygienic and I’d suggest that a shower glass should be considered, the dust in the room, especially the bathroom was something else, I literally had to use a wet wipe to clean the basin and toilet.

The breakfast was good there were variety of food to choose from. The location is very good and easy to find

Their car parking bays are very small and it’s a struggle to park in the parking lot

There was load shedding from 16H00 and only got back around 22H00 with no backup system and no lamps offered. When I requested toiletries for 2 guests as we were 2 occupants in the room it was like i want to take toiletries home even water supply they only put 1 500ml bottles.
