Good hospitality and clean and heigine, culture problem was good, early morning flute music nice, and ambience and space is very good

The quality of food is good though it's a bit costly, need price optimization. If the hotel provides a small celebration for ppl with any special occasion visit (birthday, aniversary) adds more value to customer satisfaction.

Sembra di soggiornare dentro un castello. La struttura è accogliente, grazie al calore dello staff, e la cucina è altrettanto buona

L’insegnante di Yoga è molto bravo, le sue lezioni sono veramente rigenerative. La mattina durante la colazione c’è un signore che suona uno strumento dal balcone che è molto rilassante. In più ci sono molti animali come oche, tartarughe, cavalli etc che ho molto apprezzato.

Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura dopo essere stati nel loro hotel parten a Bikaner nel quale ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il prezzo qua era molto più alto, ma con servizi molto più scarsi. Nella hall ci sono piccioni sul soffitto che defecano poi sul pavimento sottostante. In stanza c’era un cattivo odore e durante la cena nel giardino esterno molto suggestivo continuavano a saltarci addosso i grilli. Alche abbiamo dovuto farci spostare all’interno.

The building is beautiful, with large public spaces and well maintained grounds. The staff gave excellent personal service. Meals ( breakfast and dinner) were of a very high standard.

Our room ( a Fort twin) was on the small side, with the shower over the bath. The only pool is covered. There are no alternative eating options nearby ( not a big deal as the food is good here).
