Great room, comfortable bed. Welcome gift bag was a nice surprise. Had trouble with TV at first but manager came immediately and changed out a couple wires and bingo worked great thereafter. Several food choices close by, recommend El Vaquero across from Court House. Would stay again.

This was just a quick one night stay on our way to another destination. Frankly we weren’t expecting much ; just a place to rest for the night. We were pleasantly surprised. The clerk and staff were very friendly and responded to our every need. They even gave us a hospitality bag with snacks and bottled water for 2. The room was a little small, but had an amazingly comfortable chaise lounge and the most comfortable king size bed I’ve ever had in a hotel. If you ever find yourself in Hassletville TX I highly recommend this hotel.

We were there for the Fiddlers Frolics which was across the street. Chaparral Motel was fine, just a little outdated.. Wish they had bar soap/body wash and conditioner in the shower. The Thank You bag was a nice touch though.

Disappointment I asked for king size bed and got 2 double beds and also asked for first floor.

This is not anything against The Chapparal Inn, because they did everything to make it right, this review is for Expedia. First of all, when I booked the room a couple of months ago, I requested a ground floor room, because I can’t climb the stairs. When I called the motel, because I needed a late check in, they said that I was going to be on the second floor, because they didn’t get any information from Expedia about my request. Fortunately for me, some friends of mine had a ground floor room and agreed to swap so that I could have a room. So Chapparal Inn went above and beyond to help me, in spite of Expedia screwing it up.

Customer service was EXCELLENT! Quiet room, clean and close to the project I was working at.

Hosts are fantastic, kind, spiritual people. Property was clean and has a nice outdoor patio BBQ area with picnic tables. Perfect for this low budget solo business traveler.
