Very comfortable room. Didn’t like: laundry service is only weekdays and with a multiple excuses to do it.

En general bien, pero para ser un hotel de la calidad supuesta debería asegurar ciertos estándares de calidad. Por ejemplo que no falten toallas, que todas las luces de la habitación funcionen, que la cama no tenga sensación de humedad, mas amenitis para una habitación doble.... Atención y limpieza a destacar...

Offered me free Breakfast and after I ate they charge me $30!! The server chase me and knocked on my room door with the terminal to pay… despicable

Any control on the air conditioning equipment ...uncomfortable long stay at the room....temperature set at quite low temperature impossible to control

Location is the best ..and an active mall with just opening access door with plenty choices..the security is a plus.

I booked a room for three people .the bed was fine but no way to control air conditioning ....a quite cold room even the technician could not fix it ..fortunately we spent one night...some issues with washbasin valve..refrigerator did not wok ..I have been at this hotel many times but none of them were so uncomfortable like this one

The room was freezing. I turned off the air conditioning, but it was still cold. The humidity in the room and bathroom was high. The towels felt damp.Otherwise, a magnificent and spacious room with a very comfortable bed.
