Tout est laid autour. Le bâtiment est aussi hideux. Mais on ne vient pas ici pour la beauté

"Poor customer support"

Hottest day of May and the room air conditioning was not working. The staff on two shifts used various excuses but couldn't be bothered to find another room, so had a sleepless night sweltering in the heat. Will not be using B&B again as the staff were incredibly unhelpful.
