Staff was very friendly and helpful! My room was clean and roomy. I was there alone and always felt safe.

Great location in Cruz Bay. Friendly staff, Scotty was very helpful ingiving recommendations for bars and restaurants and other activities as was Dave the owner.

The location is key, you can walk to town and the restaurants very easily. The inn lends out all sorts of equipment, towels, coolers beach chairs, snorkeling equipment... There is a free breakfast and evening cocktail. The staff is helpful and friendly and will help you figure out daily destinations, transportation and itineraries. They have extra sun block and plenty of cats to keep you smiling.

Loud car ferry, sewage smells, cats everywhere, even on the counter where food is served. Cats eating off of people's breakfast plates.

What a great find! Last time we stayed in a resort and it was so much less personal and friendly than this boutique hotel! At St John Inn, you will know the staff well when you leave and they will guide you through everything you want to do. Breakfast and happy hour are fun ways to meet other guests from all over the world. Our two bedroom room was very spacious and the balcony was an awesome place to hang out. The location was so convenient to everything with an easy walk to highly rated restaurants, the ferries, the grocery store, and even a few of the nice beaches. The Inn staff helped us to rent a car one day, recommending it over taxis and that was our favorite day! And the property cats like Alice Cooper are sweet. The beds were very comfortable and we fit 5 in the Salt Pond suite with a comfortable futon for the 5th (only complication was 5 ladies and 1 bathroom!) Thank you so much Dave, Scotty, and Noelle!

Walking distance from activities. Staff and owner super friendly and informative.

Too expensive. No designated parking, park by the street. Building structure have some cracks here and there, wifi is too weak and only bread and coffee for breakfast. Way expensive and not worthy at all...

Conveniently located to everything (restaurants, bars, convenience stores, the pier, rental cars, etc).

Very Clean, close to down town Will stay again Very welcoming.
