"If we didn't have this experience with the noise issue, we would give two thumbs up."

Breakfast options were great and room was very clean.

I accidently booked a wheel chair accessible room that was next to the lobby. Unfortunately, you could hear every interaction in the lobby and also when the breakfast started at 6. Very noisy and hard to sleep. The bathroom also slightly flooded after showering due to the floor not being slanted correctly for proper drainage. Just a heads up for those who would need that accommodation.

"Hotel prices for a motel experience."

Suite was fine. Nice cold air. Staff is generally friendly. Breakfast was decent, though it's a pretty small area that did get crowded.

Mold in shower. Musty smell from A/C units. Toiletries scarce in suite. Broken bathroom light that they said they'd fix but didn't. Asked for toiletries that were missing from the public restroom and was told to go try a different restroom.

Shower pressure, 24 hour coffee, cold a/c, decent breakfast

What looked like mice droppings in pull out couch, no linens in room for pull out, asked for a vacuum to clean pull out and told they didn't have one, commode kept clogging(with minimum tp used), bathroom door lock didn't disengage when it was opened and then closed causing us to be locked out of the bathroom at 10:30 at night. When staff approached to unlock door we were told we would have to wait until next day to have it opened as no one or master key available to open it until then which was no good for 3 adults just returning from a days outings. Had to approach a second time and staff did come to room and unlocked it with a pair of scissors.
