Conveniently located - about 3mins walk to/from Sapporo train station. Hotel provided 2 type of pillows which is very thoughtful. Washing machine and dryers are helpful. Daily room cleaning is available.

Had the same food spread 3days consecutively for breakfast. Bottled water not provided. Not enough hook to hang bath towel in bathroom that's within reach.

The room has all the basic facilities (including a bathtub). Housekeeping was provided daily and it was great that the hotel has facilities like DIY laundry, vending machines, iron etc. We also love the location - which was so near to Lawson (just across the road), restaurants (downstairs) and JR station (about 7mins walk)/ subway station (about 13mins walk).

I had booked a deluxe room for 3 pax and was given a superior twin room instead. The room was quite compact and did not have much space to open the luggage or walk around.
