Los alimentos. Muy superiores en calidad y sabor a los de su sucursal de Querétaro. Y el servicio en el comedor, excelente y personalizado. Esto a pesar de que tenían solo dos personas a cargo del restaurante.

Muy mala experiencia llegando de noche y cansados, nos asignaron una habitación en la cuál el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Tuvimos que bajar para que nos asignaran una nueva habitación... ¡Cuyo aire acondicionado tampoco servía! Nuevamente bajamos al lobby a esperar una tercera habitación. Para esa hora ya estábamos sumamente agotados y molestos. En la tercera opción sí tuvimos aire acondicionado. Sin embargo (esto ya es error de diseño en las habitaciones) Casi enfrente de la salida del aire acondicionado ubicaron una pantalla de lámpara que obstruye la óptima circulación del aire enfriado, por lo cuál, un lado de la cama no se refresca tan bien como la otra. Ojalá consideren estos comentarios para tomar las acciones necesarias para mejorar estos puntos.
