Het meeste personeel was vriendelijk, Engels was gebrekkig, goede voorzieningen qenomen tegen Covid, staat van het hotel was achterstallig, airco koelt niet. Ook waren veel genoemde faciliteiten niet open. Eten was zeer goed. Kreeg een upgrade naar een betere kamer na de 1e keer Expedia te hebben gebeld. Ook zijn er praktisch geen satelietzenders.

global markalar fiyatlarını avrupa ve amerika standartlarında veriyorlar bu fiyatların çok daha altında aynı kaliteli hizmeti aldığımı düşünüyorum..uzun yıllar önce de ALTINEL hotel de kaldım, standartlarını koruduklarını gördüm..resepsiyon,vale ,restaurant çalışanları ,kat görevlileri hepsi işini en iyi şekilde yapma gayreti için de..ALTINEL hotel teşekkürler

Sınav nedeni ile gittiğimde kaldım. Resepsiyondan çalışma masası istedim ve sağolsunlar odama masa getirildi. Personel yardımsever ve güleryüzlü idi. Ekonomik bir konaklamaydı.
