Altınel Ankara Hotel & Convention Center

My business partners told me it was the first 5-stars hotel in Ankara. I think from that time nothing really changed in this hotel - interiors are pretty old-fashioned. Good location, friendly staff, large and clean rooms, very nice breakfast (you can sit in the garden). Right on metro/bus station. Unfortunately the pool was not operating and the gym was very poor.

No complaints. Hotel is next to Metro and other businesses are very close by. Nice breakfast.

Great location - next to Ataturk's Mausoleum. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Hotel overall is a bit old. Very friendly stuff.

Easy to reach from/to Airport using Havas buses. Hotel is close to Anitkabir monument and metro station to visit other parts of Ankara. Also walking distance to Bahcelievler where there are lots of cafes, pubs and shopping options..

All thing was great but betwen my room ( 306) and another room ( 307 )was a door that every voice cames to my room. It was the thing that i didnt like that. But food and service and location was great.

Just an ordinary hotel that caters to the business client who is passing through. That's not meant to criticise it too harshly. It's a dull grey/brown affair and it's in need of a splash of colour both literally and figuratively.

excellent location. comfortable beds. be sure to request a room that is NOT facing the street as traffic noise is extremely loud. close to multiple attractions.

Staff were very attentive. Rooms were a little tired and are in need of updating. The view at the back of the hotel wasn't the best but what do you expect in a city. Pricewise very good and range of food available at breakfast and dinner was very good.
