Wood Castle

cleanliness of the room was good. The front office was friendly and helpful.

The main entrance of the hotel is bit narrow. However once we reach the room, it will make forget about the entrance.

Rooms were clean, with daily changes. Room slightly smaller but we were very comfortable and no issue with space.

The fridge wasn't working consistently for us.

I was extremely impressed with Wood Castle. We arrived late in the evening on our first night, and the staff were ready for us, served us tea, and made us feel very comfortable. The room exceeded all my expectations, it was beautiful, clean, and had all the utilities one could need. The bed was huge! The staff was incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay, we felt very welcome and safe. The best thing, however, was the location. The street was very nice and quiet. It felt very safe with kids and uni students hanging out outside. Karol Bagh, in general, is a very nice area, with a big market that isn't as overwhelming as other markets in Delhi. There are both restaurants and bars nearby as well. The area and the hotel felt very peaceful to come back to after long days of sightseeing in Delhi. Huge thank you to Wood Castle and their staff!!

The only thing I could comment on is the shower, which was a bit rusty, but it worked just fine. Still rating 10/10

The room was ok for a short stay,

The Area was quite isolated and could be intimidating with the local taxi drivers, also no English channels on tv, no separate shower (wet room) so floor was wet all night. Check in was not welcoming and one man that was in reception area was very intimidating with his attitude but not sure if staff or visitor.

Clean and comfortable accommodation in a very large and nice in Karol Bagh. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, full of information and tips.
