Poziționarea față de centrul vechi, curățenia, liniștea. Am avut căldură, apă caldă non stop comparativ cu alte locații din țară unde apa caldă lipsea la orele târzii. Mi-a plăcut faptul că mobila era veche, podeaua și ușa de la intrarea în clădire scârțâiau dând clădirii un aer boem ceea ce m-a făcut să mă întorc în timp. Holurile erau mobilate cu obiecte vechi. M-a încântat prezența și forma oglinzilor din cameră și holuri determinându-mă să dansez cand treceam prin dreptul acestora.

Lipsa cuierului la baie pentru prosoape.
