Hampton Inn Yorkville

The staff was nice and attentive, the building itself was nice and newly remodeled. However, the pillows were completely flat and smelled like dirty socks. The air conditioner in our room was loud and rattled like it was a diesel engine. I only stayed one night and it was late by the time I got to bed and didn't feel like calling or changing rooms.

Excellent location for what we're going to do. Kids, we're happy to use the swimming pool. Friendly staff, good breakfast, and also is my second time staying there A+

Awesome

As always very clean. Breakfast was nice. Maybe improve on different choices from day to day for breakfast. We stayed a few days. Always choose Hampton Inn never disappoints 👍

Amazing breakfast

We stayed here for a memorial service. The rooms were all booked with our family members and other people that were attending some type of a wedding I guess. The stay was unremarkable, except for the lack of a sofa bed that I had requested in my original booking. I asked receptionist if I could have another room and my answer was “you used a third-party booking and you don’t have that option“. I don’t think that’s a great answer and it doesn’t make people wanna come back to your facilities. I don’t know if I’m gonna use a Hilton type hotel next time if these are the responses I get for bringing my business to them. Ultimately, we had to get an air mattress to put my son on in the room so he didn’t have to sleep on the floor. The breakfast was good, the pool is small and subpar. The area really has nothing to do, so bring a book.
