They were closed due to not passing fire inspection did not let anybody know after i made a 2 hour trip trip luckily I was able to book another hotel down the street

Dirty. Smelly. Lobby and hallway not air conditioned. It seemed hot. No elevator to get to the second floor. Big sign in the hallway “No drugs allowed on premises”. Couldn’t open the room door. I left in fear for my safety.

No AC in lobby, including breakfast area. AC in our room made horrible whining sound--couldn't sleep with it on. Remote did not function with TV. No clock in room. No cold water--both knobs in bathroom sink produced hot water...? 3 guests waiting to check out at 10:00 am had to wait and search hotel for front desk staff for 10 minutes.

Dogs bark all night long

Would never stay here again - the floors were so slick you could hardly stand up (some kind of oil on them) the bath tub was even worse (same oil in the tub)

The heat in the building was stuck on and the room was 85 degrees for the first 3 days I was there. The sink plumbing was clogged so bad in the building wall , there was green rotten putrid sewage backing up into my sink for 3days. I complained about all of it multiple times and it was considered a joke by the hotel manager. Expedia should sever all ties with this place. The hallway carpet is blue originally but it’s mostly black now. Truly filthy place. My room hadn’t been cleaned for undetermined amount of time. Maybe months. Once I was moved in I really was kinda stuck. I’m working at a nuclear plant on 12hr nite shift 7 days. Couldn’t really try to make a move since there really wasn’t enough time in a day.

Showed up to the hotel and was told they had no rooms available even though I had already paid for the room and it was guaranteed so I had to go somewhere else
