Brit Hotel Arras

They did not have our room ready when we arrived. They had to shuffle rooms around to fit us in as the booking they had was for 1 person even though Expedia confirmation said 2 people. The room stank of cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. Told the staff several times, in several days, about the smell but they did nothing. Had to buy my own air spray to minimize the smell. The bathroom door and wall was covered in coffee drops but again they did nothing about it. Only on the 3rd day they gave us toiletries (shampoo and body wash). None of the other days we stayed there. Absolutely pathetic hotel. They ignored every single time we mentioned something to them. Expedia should not promote this hotel at all. Disgrace.

Deux nuits sur place,sans petit dej,chbre au rdc côté entrée très spacieuse avec petite attention d accueil.bien.literie parfaite,kit douche,bien situé à l écart. Seul bémol, améliorer l extérieur parking entrée un peu désuète,support de barrière entassé à l entrée derrière côté jardin des objets traîne.....mais on dirais l envie de faire des évolutions...... Sinon attention cela reste bien

Parking facile, endroit calme en zone industrielle, restaurant sur place avec une carte sympathique. Le moins planchers bruyants on entend les déplacements des clients. Insonorisation intérieure à revoir.

Petit déjeuner parfait , personnel d accueil très agréable mais ma chambre n etait pas très propre .

The staff was amazing, very accomodating despite the language barrier. The restaurant was rarely open but the breakfast was always fresh and ample.

First impessions - Entry lobby side glass panel had a huge crack; there was an unpleasant damp smell between the outside and internal front doors. Bathroom had a very unpleasant sewage type smell. Washhand basin tap was very loose. Bathroom generally needing renovated. There seemed to be a shortage of towels. Room lighting could be better. Reception and restaurant area were pleasant except for mismatched cutlery. Food was good. WiFi was excellent - 50Mb upload & download. Pricey for standard of accomodation.

Very comfortable and clean, staff are very helpful, great location 20 minute walk to Arras, 👍
