The only good thing about it was the nice old lady who took care of breakfast. Who also was the only person I seen cleaning the lobby.

The rooms and hallways were ice boxes my room didn’t get over 60 and it was only 20-30 degrees outside only seen cleaning crew once in my 2 day stay trash in elevators it was a “new construction “ and it looks worse then a cheap motel!

"Very friendly staff, can up the cleanliness level"

The staff, especially housekeeping and the breakfast attendant, were so kind and friendly. Interacting with them was the best part of my stay. Also, the shower’s water pressure is the best!

The level of cleanliness in the hotel is questionable. I found multiple baby cockroach scurrying in my bathroom. Additionally, a maintenance member let himself into my room while I was still checked in and physically present. It was alarming to see that a staff member can invade my peace and privacy this way. They were apologetic, but the damage was done.
