"Not up to 5 stars"

The location is very good the people are lovely . The hotel bar staff are very nice as are the restaurant staff . The cleaning of the hotel isn’t up to 5 stars . The hallway carpets are not clean , the pool loungers are dirty and the pool overflow round the pool has green and brown algae growing in it . The hotel looks like it needs work done . Whilst we were there they started digging all the tiles of the baby pool drilling until after 8 pm . The hotel was full , that should have been done in the off season . At some time it may have been a 5 star but it needs an update . Our room carpet was threadbare . We had to constantly ask to have our room cleaned or re cleaned as even the bath wasn’t cleaned . I would go back to Olhao but not stay at the same hotel . The lift was stuck on the 4th floor for 8 of our 10 day stay , the ladies toilets in the pool area had 2 toilets one was locked our whole stay leaving only 1 to use .

"Beautiful views in Olhão"

Lovely hotel with brilliant views. Room was large and comfortable- plenty of water and coffee supplied each day.

The spa was very expensive if you wanted to use the sauna. Indoor pool small but good in March as too cold to swim outside.
