Very bad smell in the room curtains, bed sofa and furnitures. Asked to change the room but they make up with room spray in another room. Later came to know that all those rooms have same issue. Swimming Pool and breakfast was good.

The 5th floor keys for the rooms are not user friendly. To change either for the card system or for mechanical lock. Atleast alternative floors may have 1 smoking loung

Poor maintained sheets, unclean room with Airconditioner non existing, poor shower especially not even warm water

Aircon was pathetic, no hot water and to make it worse the maintenance folks tried to tweak something made mess of the Bathroom
