Four Points by Sheraton Calgary Airport

Was easy to get to. Clean hot tub was good. The king bed was horrible it was like sleeping on the floor. A continental breakfast would have been nice but McDonald’s and Tim Hortons were right in same parking area as the hotel so it was no big deal.

We stayed for one night before our flight home. Anmoi checked us in and another gentleman checked us out - they were both friendly and welcoming. Anmoi was so cute and he even offered us a welcome drink, which was a nice surprise. Hotel appears older but relatively well-maintained. Our room appears clean, and the mini fridge works, but their trash cans had no liners. We did not hear any noise during our stay and we slept well. But the shower head was low for someone over 6-foot tall, and we were almost locked inside the bathroom as the door knob was jammed (room 427). Airport shuttle needs to be prebooked with the front desk at check-in for airport departure, and leaves on the hour and was punctual, although it took about 25 minutes at 5am in the morning for us that day, and driver did say that it could take longer during peak hours. Airport shuttle is shared with Element hotel next door. Area is near Sunridge Mall, including lots of other shops and restaurants on the Bus 19 loop.

Coffee and a variety of tea in the main lobby was nice. Everything was decorated nicely. Extra security with key card in the elevator so guests may only go to their own floor.

Tried out the pool - hot tub wasn't quite hot, i would say maybe warm or slightly warmer than a child's bath. Steam room was padlocked closed so no steam room, sauna was okay as long as u could pour water on the elements, it didnt seem to hold the heat for very long tho.

Kept clean and has underground complimentary parking. So helpful during the fall/winter season especially when travelling with kids.
